Sadly some of these companies want to make stuff that isn't user freindly to repair, just means for your average buyer who have no knowhow (or even know guys like us who exsist ) end up having to go back to them and paying up.

Fortunately we do exsist and have managed to help out many a person who are willing to help themselves.
Converting to a generic diy servicable system is pretty much within any ones grasp as it isn't rocket science, we tell them what and where to buy and how to go about doing so. It is even easier if the user can solder or know someone who can.

As for the battery, a swap out (slodering) of a new BMS (£15) to render the battery to a generic one and a simple £10/15 charger to be compatible to allow charging.
