But I do wonder why he’s selling it if it’s so good. Bearing in mind he’s hardly had much use from it and is taking a loss.
I guess he needs the money. He has another more utilitarian electric bike too.

It's expertly built but I don't think he's taking a loss and I agree that it's the best bike a £1,000 can buy.
It's got higher specs than the top of the range Kudos bikes.
Personally, I don't see a point to have a fast bike without suspension.

That's a difficult one. Suspension makes a bike more comfortable, but a lot less efficient. You need a lot less effort or power from the motor to maintain a high speed when you have road bike forks and a thin front wheel. When you want to do 20 mph plus, you have the choice of streamlined/low resistance or high power, heavy and comfortable.
