just an update for all of ya.

still no word from them and still no item from them.

still worried although all your comments have been appreciated and i appreciate the time taken to make them to console me

I think i will be reporting them to trading standards for complete incompetence at running a business

Probably the best option you have to you now, it seemed to be the only way that i received a response from them !
Having read through the other threads i totally agree that no one can always expect next day delivery as costs for such things can be high....but customer service costs nothing ! A simple email or telephone call letting you know what is happening is the least they should of done.

A phone call to your credit card company to inform them of a possible problem might be an idea Alex. Though they are unlikely to start crediting yet after just ten/eleven days delay, it will give them the opportunity to try to make contact. They might have other contact points for their client via the banking network for example.

Yes - but that was 18 months ago! This problem occurred in August...

I presume we never heard if he got his motor.

Sorry to drag up such an old thread, but to everybody, I never received everything and now the website has dissappeared!.

Unfortunately i paid by debit card and as such have not received my money back either!.

A warning for anybody thinking of using powerscoots!
