How to fold/unfold 806

I got a second hand 806. The previous owner had had it about 5 years but in that time apparently never folded it. I find it impossible to fold/unfold by myself. With help and a lot of time and effort we folded it, but I know can't unfold it. I unfolded it a little, but then couldn't fully unfold or fold it. I've put wd40 on with no effect.

I have very poor arm strength, but from videos I have seen there should be very little effort involved.

Is there something I can do to make it fold and unfold easily?

I'm pretty sure it's the 19-20 model, however the manual appears to say nothing on folding or unfolding it. There doesn't appear to be anything complicated about how people do it in videos.

Yes, this is the video I have watched. He just folds it. I cannot fold it - it seems to require a great deal of strength. I assume something is wrong with the bike.

Sounds like rusted hinge pins. Need to get help to work the hinges with penetrating oil to loosen it up maybe.
