how to email psw power, yahoo does not recognise email address

hello all
I am sure there must be many members who have purchased from psw power.

I wanted to email them with a query re controllers

there email address is given as e-mail:2831684296@qq.com
if I am on psw power website right hand side shows email, clicking on this gives which account do I want to send email from? not got an account.

I am with sky and use yahoo to receive and send emails, entering the psw email address into the to field.

I have entered the above or : 2831684296@qq.com but all yahoo gives is enter a valid email address.

yahoo is the only email client I have.

so what am I doing wrong? do I need to register with psw?

Have you tried

or used the contact form on their website

It's definitely a valid email address, the only one they have also appearing through the "Contact us" link.

It's probably a Yahoo glitch, not liking that address format for some reason. Just use another mail service as Wicky suggests.

They did a way with their email client a while ago, just remaining as a messenger service like Hotmail/new Outlook.

a while back was with virginmedia and used there email service, then went with sky, but retained the virgin media email address as it was linked to several forums/ebay/amazon.
so could send/receive emails on phone&pc sometime back could not access my emails through the virgin website, they had closed my email account as I wasc no longer with them.

joined bikediscount.de recently to purchase bike stuff , they send an email to your email address to verify, but I cant activate a link on my phone.

so rejoined using sky/yahoo email.

are PSW POWER and ELIFE SHOP one and the same?

ipurchased 350w rear wheel kit from elife shop on ebay, which use kt controllers as sold by psw power.

can someone sugest a email client please?

although I can receive email on my phone its a bit of a faff to use being a small screen

Psw and Elifebike are the same but not Elifeshop which is a different vendor , so much so that my W10 notebook when I type in Elifeshop. com opens up PSWPower only. I also open up Chrome and it does the same so I am no longer able to see Elifebike.

I have my own mail server (yes I know, silly idea, how un-modern of me...) so in order to preserve a bit of sanity I use Gmail. You can keep existing address(es) and have them forwarded to a Gmail account.

thanks nealh thought that was odd psw and elifeshop being the same, as you point out its elifebike.


ak have just g mailed my email all ok , added gmail to my pc I can now see things a bit easier.
