Hello, I've had my ebike a couple of years and now want to use it for commuting. I've bought a pair of Acid panniers and am having trouble getting them to sit securely. The top bracket hooks on nicely to the built in rack, but the bottom mount is not so secure. The whole thing seems to come off far too easily. I can't seem to find any information or images about how or where it attaches, or if I need to buy another attachment. I'm very confused, anyone help please?

Some good and clear pictures may help others here to assist you better.

All I can say is that I bought pamiers for my first e-bike, and just like you, the top fitted, but the bottom attachment was miles away from the point it had to be attached to. So I simply marked where it should go, removed it from the side of the panier, and rivitted it in the new position, back on the panier, about 1 hours work in all.....
They were still in place some 7 years later when I gave the bike away....
regards
Andy

I did the same with a pair of cheap panniers, except that the top hooks snapped, made new ones out of aluminium. I used reuseable cable ties to lock the panniers to the frame.

Thanks for the suggestions, I've ordered some reusable cable ties and that should hopefully make the panniers more secure
