Yes, it's very flat here, so I hadn't really thought much about electric bikes before.

 

We have a 14 year old autistic boy and have previously used a tag along 'trike' with a standard bike to get him out and about. He only pedals when he feels like it, and now he is 6' tall, it's too much work to go for a long ride dragging him and the tag along behind.

 

Someone suggested an electric bike, so now I'm looking at options.

I'm sure a bit of pedal assist would make cycling noticeably easier. I'm 6'4" and have nothing to tow apart from me, but still enjoy having an e-bike to hustle along with.
