Hello Fellow Pedelecers, Snakey here. Returning after a Looong absence but guilty of serial "Lurking".

During this extended isolation (93 days and STILL counting) I have resorted (probably like many) to keeping my sanity by intensive "Tinkering in the garage". As Eric Morecambe would have said "They cant touch you for it".
So amongst many of my projects I decided to unearth the old Powacycle Windsor that was propping up the back storage rack and got stuck in.

The motor ran but no drive so stripping out the hub I found this.
Hub Gear.JPG

Obviously seen better days.
I've been told the part is obsolete but being the optimist just wondered if anyone just might have 3 old stock ones in the bottom of their toolboxes?

Fingers crossed and stay safe

Best regards from SSSSSSnakey

Count the teeth on both parts of the reduction gear also measure the stack height and each individual height as well as both diameters.

Then compare your measurements with these to see if anywhere near close, if no luck scour ebay or Aliexpress fo anything that might match.

Although they are for a different hub the size might be a generic one.

I Think it was Ken Dodd "As Eric Morecambe would have said "They cant touch you for it". "

Not many hubs used the dual reduction gears and the Aikema's of the modern ones and possibly some of the new Bafangs might use them.
Whether or not they can be 3D printed or not I don't know as that tech isn't something I know about and whether or not they can be made strong enough.
