had a new battery from wisper to replace a faulty one ,got back from first ride yesterday down to 2 bars. Switched charger on .and it went straight to green ,should be red light.And charger felt cool ,any ideas anyone thanks

Did you charge the battery before you went for a ride. Check the fuse on your battery if there is one, or 2.

battery full when starting ride ,down to 2 bars at finish ,no fuses in battery

OK, so sounds like there is a problem with your charger or you have another duff battery, which would seem unlikely. What was the problem with your 1st battery?

It's a shame you don't have a multimeter to test output from charger. It's really part of any ebike owners tool kit. They can be had fairly cheaply.

OK, so sounds like there is a problem with your charger or you have another duff battery, which would seem unlikely. What was the problem with your 1st battery?

first battery battery would not switch off
