I wouldn't count Wisper out -my hubby bought the 905se and he loves it.

That's the one I would be considering but I've got my eye/heart set on the Oxygen S-Cross CB, I think It's the loveliest e bike I've ever seen )

Can't claim to knowing much about its spec... but it is lush looking. Methinks whilst you need to follow your heart, be guided by the pros here -or just 'go for it'
