K keastan Finding my (electric) wheels May 26, 2009 5 0 May 16, 2011 #1 Hi Have just purchased a new 24 volt brushless controller from ecrazyman on fitting the motor runs rough nosy and fibrates when ridden. Is the controller incompatible ? If so can anyone advise where to source an alternative ?

B banbury frank Banned Jan 13, 2011 1,565 5 May 16, 2011 #2 Hi keastan You have the motor running out off phase swap the green and yellow wires on the power and hall sensor wires so the thick yellow wire join to the thick Green wire thick green join to the thick yellow then join the thin yellow to the thin green join the thin green to the thin yellow leave the blue to blue they are OK Hope his helps frank
