Marathon Plus tyres.
Not Slime; usually doesn't seem to prevent punctures, just makes a mess on the inner and outer tyre and makes the inner very difficult to repair.

Now more to think about what do you carry for road side repairs? puncture what type of pump the short ones can't be much use so are the co2 canisters worth having, or adding Slime or similar

Cheap Chinese pump about 15 inches long, very light, standard puncture repair kit, tyre levers if needed, check before leaving them behind, always Schrader valves, one new unused tube.

A few basic tools according to journey length: Allen keys esp 5mm, small straight and pozi screwdrivers.

Spares on longer trips: one set of brake pads and pliers for the split pin.

A spare gear shift inner cable. They last 5-6,000km on my bike, but awkward to lose gears in hilly country!

IMHO the 6 hours charge time relates to the smaller 10Ah battery option not the OP's 15Ah.

Although this is what it says in the write up
(Charging is simple, Ampere provides a smart 2Ah battery charger allowing you to fully charge its 15AH 36V Lithium-ion battery in just 6 hours)

When my 19.2ah battery is very low, it takes about 10 hours using a 2A charger.

Crudely it's 15Ah / 2A charge rate = 7.5 hrs + 0.5 - 1 hr top-off & balance = 8 to 8.5 hrs.

The mistake may instead be that they supply a 3A charger with the larger 15Ah battery as some makers do... That would take about 6hrs.

bikes arrived not the next day as advertised but their here with no damage. Only a few parts to assemble an adjust folding is quite easy an better with a little practice first trial went well for us both but getting used to controls will also come with practice.

After a little use I feel that the pedal cranks could do with being shorter for me phoned Ampere yesterday who weren't very helpful saying they couldn't supply them and not suggesting where I might obtain them. Could anyone on here suggest a supplier Thanks
