Help Needed

Hi,

I've bought an kt lcd4 display to replace the kt 880 display that came with the bike, connected with a WP socket. The new display connects and powers up but doesn't seem to recognise the battery level, so doesn't engage any power to the motor, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You may need to enter in to the C settings to ensure C11 parameter is 0 for the lcd to work.
One has to depress the up/down pads within 5 secs of turning on to enter general settings then depress the pads to enter P settings and depress again to enter C settings.

Afaik the Kt 880 is digital so in theory a lcd aught to work,

Tried the C11 settings and the battery gauge still shows as empty.

Can anyone help with this? So the display works, the only thing that I can't work out is why the display shows the battery as being empty, no PAS works either.

The pic doesn't help much, how many magnets on the disc ?

I can only guess but as it appears to mounted behind the chain wheel, try C1 setting on 0 , 1 or 2 if it has less then 12 poles.
If it has 12 poles then try C1/3.

thanks for the reply, I've tried those C1 settings, still nothing.

The fact the display shows a flat battery when it's full is making me think it's either not compatible or can't see my battery level for some reason
