help needed

could not stop motor on my powabyke so I turned it off turned it back on nothing.i have fitted new sensor still no power.all battery lights are on.can anyone help

Sometimes when a throttle fails it will make the bike go flat out. Some controllers have a check on start-up to ensure the throttle is not faulty.

Could be that what's happened here. Do you have a spare throttle?

Alternatively, post some picks of the throttle connector at the controller end. Do you have a multimeter?

If you break the throttle or if one of the magnets falls out, the throttle will go to permanent half speed. Most controllers can detect that when you switch on. If they don't get a zero throttle signal at start up, they won't give any power until they see zero throttle.

You can test for that by switching on, then disconnecting the throttle. Once disconnected, the throttle gets its zero throttle signal. If you have a faulty throttle, when you reconnect the connector (without switching off the controller), the motor will go immediately to half speed, so make sure the wheel is off the ground. That test might confirm the broken throttle, so you should do it.

tried that still nothing have ordered new throttle

You should have waited before ordering. There might be nothing wrong with your throttle. There's more tests to find out what's wrong.
