Yes, everything looks OK. you won't be able to use the lock-ring, so get some Loctite to prevent the sleeve nut from coming undone.

Your cable guide might have to go, in which case you can re-route your cables in outers, or you might get enough clearance if you change the screw to a countersunk one.

You buy a cable with an outer, then you can route it wherever you want. You cut the cable outer to the length to go between the gear shifter and the derailleur. If you presently have multiple sections of outer cable between stops, you can run the new outer between any of the stops.

You won't need the one for your front derailleur because you'll only have one chainwheel. Some people keep the derailleur as a chainguide to stop the chain jumping off the chainwheel. in that case, you still don't need the cable. instead, you adjust the end-stops to hold it in position
