Hi there, hoping this might be the place to get some advice, I ordered a new Panasonic battery for my flyer e bike from eBay but he has sent me a 26v battery and my bike is used to 36v one (I want a spare so I can do longer distances) it's going to cost a fortune to send back so wondering if I can try it out, the manual says the 26 and 36v are different, don't want to risk damaging it by trying? Is that likely? Advice welcome!

Unlikely, but it won't damage anything.

I think you'll have to bite the bullet and send it back. If you ordered correctly, and the fault was the sellers then I guess you should be entitled to refund of the postage cost.

It won't work. The voltage is too low. You have to use a 36v battery or higher.
