Ooooh. That looks cool! And cheap. Again, I don't mind price per se, so long as it does a decent job. I'm guessing you can get those ones where you can also attach a camera too?Currently using a cheap (£15) planetx on-one enduro style with built in LED for the night time commute home and peak to help with the winter low sun position. Nice fit, very light and the rechargeable LED on the back is very good with lots of settings

Also, surely you'd need to wear something on your head for winter before putting that on too?
Would you really need an ebike specific helmet for something that isn't an s pedelec? Would you need visors, and ear warmers?Bought myself an ebike helmet from Halfords for Christmas, so will start using it from tomorrow when the guy in red delivers it! Nice gunmetal grey, which appeals to me, and has an integrated LED light on the back. Also a Fidlock magnetic clasp. Built to comply with s-pedelec standards so has a nice thick inner shell. £40.

You looking at the helmet in the link? No visor or ear warmers. Just a beautifully made classic helmet with a much thicker EPS core, small sun peak, magnetic clasp, and nicely built in rear light. The core meets European NTA standard for speed pedelecs. Can't have too much protection for the head imho. Only my view, tho, so lets not start an argument folks.Would you really need an ebike specific helmet for something that isn't an s pedelec? Would you need visors, and ear warmers?
I did, and not looking to start an argument. Just wanted advice is all! That's a fair point however. How do you keep your ears warm in the winter with that? I wear sunglasses in my day to day life too given I have photophobia. I'm guessing I could just pop them on?You looking at the helmet in the link? No visor or ear warmers. Sorry, anonymous, no offence intended! That comment was really to head off some who seem to start WW3 over nothing! To help keep warm in winter, I wear a thin Aldi cap under the helmet and it pulls down well over the ears. Also a fleece neck warmer which keeps the throat and neck toasty. Both very effective and very cheap. I wear normal glasses, and they just slip under the side of the cap and helmet strap. Getting warm gloves is where I struggle, and I watch for all the advice appearing on the forum. Happy hunting.I did, and not looking to start an argument. Just wanted advice is all!
