Hi I'm new to this forum, having recently discovered the wonder of e-bikes.

I was looking to buy an electrc bike, a hybrid one with pedelec and a throttle for under £350. New or used, but preferably new. I know its a tight budget Any Ideas?

Keep on dreaming for that sort of money !!! Look on Fleabay but expect it to be poor condition with a duff battery.

That is not a lot of money. If you look on eBay there are some sellers selling off old and bankrupt stock at those sort of prices, or otherwise it’s second hand. You can’t buy a decent none powered new bike for that and the electric parts cost more on their own.

I would be very wary of buying s/h without trying the bike since a lot of people sell them on eBay and such places describing them as good when the battery has come to the end of its life. The batteries are the most expensive part and a cheap bike with a dying battery is probably not worth anything really.

It might be better if you wait until you can get another couple of hundred or so and see what Woosh or places like that have. You would be within shouting distance of the cheaper but still okay bikes then. Look of the used section of sites like Woosh and others too.
