We are a retired couple who love being out on our bikes but like a lot of people of our age group find that our bodies due to all sorts of medical issues don’t quite keep up with our intentions hence our investigations into the world of electric assist bikes which we are currently looking into with a view of an imminent purchase.
Which leads us to this forum (via looking for product review) for some knowledgeable advice.

Hello jec

The hard and fast rule is quite simply to try as many bikes as you can. That's the only true way you'll know for sure what suits you.

It's a good idea to know what you want, but also try things you might not ordinarily think are up your street, as you might just be surprised.
