Has anyone had experience of the German company on eBay who will replace cells when you send them your old battery case? If good, what is the procedure and did it work out well?

No feedback as yet, but have just placed order with them today. I now have to send them my old battery case either with or without old cells but including all electronics and sockets intact. They answered my email enquiries very promptly although in broken English, so I am hoping they act professionaly. I'll see how it goes and report on this forum.
