Heated Gloves

Been using the Maplin gloves and they are excellent . Batteries last for at least 90 mins ; not yet determined how long before they are fully discharged. It also remains to be seen how long before a circuit is broken within the gloves given that they are not sold as biking gloves and the pressure which is exerted upon them with via the brake levers.

Ditto Tony's comments RoadieRoger. Thanks for the heads-up. I bought 2 pairs, 1 for a present (earned some brownie points by doing that) and kept a pair for myself. I bought the large size so as not to stretch the wiring and was worried they would be too hot but I found them to be great, certainly take the cold edge off when riding.

I remember I use to suffer with cold hands during my time skiing (pre-heated glove era) and solved the problem by wearing thin silk inner liners with the gloves.
