HEADSTOCK LOOSE !

Hi All
Well at last got my ebike a used 2016 Wisper 905 Torque 200 + miles !
It came in a box and the headstock is loose how do I tighten it ?

you need a spanner like this:

lift up the cone shaped cover at the base of the stem, you'll see two nuts. Loosen the top one, tighten the bottom one enough to stop the slack then lock it with the top one.

It's a two minute job.

Hi Ken,

Try this...

1. Loosen the two bolts on the stem.
2. Remove the rubber bung on the top of the stem.
3. Tighten the bolt found under the bung.
4. Hold on the front brake and hold the front wheel between your knees, when you turn the handlebars left and right there should be no movement in the handle bars.
5. Re-tighten the two bolts on the stem.

Thanks David....the trouble was that the Allen bolt had been taken out and had got in the folds of the box....found it and followed your instructions......sorted thank you
But no rubber bung !
