Well done to Garaint Thomas on winning ' Le tour 2018 ' .
Following in the footsteps of team mate Froomey, it might even be said he is a completely clean champion untainted by accusations of TUE's excess's.
Lets hope there are no French sour grapes over another British winner for Sunday's podium crowning, though expect a lot of booing when Froomey takes third spot.

So you saw where I live yesterday? My training rides on the flat are to St-Pée-sur-Nivelle, about 12 km and a bit from home. I might try the 31 km ride at the end of the year but it is very dangerous when open to trafic, they all drive like baboons out that way... On the main road there is a "cycle path" which makes it safer. I'm not sure I am up to the 22% gradients so I'll probably go assisted.
