Hi I am new here and just bought a Carrera Crossfuse. I find the handlebars too uncomfortable as I have back issues. Can anyone please advise me about changing the handlebars to 'dutch' parallel bars, please?

The first thing is ascertain the diameter at the centre of your existing bars, then go on ebay and search for 'All Rounder, North Road etc.'
These bars allow a much more upright sitting position

I fitted Surly Sunrise bars to my bike to give a more upright riding position. Not exactly Dutch parallel but with a 15 degree sweep angle they are a comfortable bar and come with shims to fit a range of stem sizes.

Go to planetx to look at there range of swept bars, the only one I didn't see last time were the 40 degree sweep Mike bars.

Before buying new bars esp swept ones be sure the brakes and gear shifters have enough cable length/slack in them and they can reach the bar positions with out being too tight, other wise cable outers and inners will need replacing and hydraulics if fitted will be a bit more costly to replace and bleed.
