Hi the red light keeps flashing when I turn it on. The battery shows a full charge but there’s no power when I turn it on and am pedalling, can anyone help please?

It probably has water in it and needs replacing. if it's still under warranty, take it back to Halfords. Stuff a couple of freezer bags inside the ends of the handlebars with a couple of rubber band in each. When it rains, put the freezer bag over the panel.
