Handle bar grips

I know these are nothing new but I have just put some on my bike,trying to solve problem
with my wrists aching when on the bike, I have just come back from 28 mile ride and
all seems good. so just posting the link in case any body else is having problems.

Every E Bike I have rode seems to suffer with grip problem too narrow at twistgrip, a pain in the.....

But how long did they take to arrive, and do they fit over twist grip ok.?

these are no good if you have twist grip, these are standard handlebar grips, as I only have
peddle sensor these are ok for my bike.

They took about 2 weeks I think, you remove your old grips and slide these on, they hold on by a
allen bolt, the end piece grips the rubber grip on to the handle bars.

True, fine for pedelec and regular cycle. Mine are fitted to my hybrid. My e-bike with throttle does cause wrist to suffer. Not, I feel due to the grip itself but the fact that I am unable to change positions.

I have found that I can move hands to bar ends when at a constant speed, keeping throttle set with inside of hand. Helps somewhat. Real solution for me would be to fit a thumb throttle.

I went over to "ergonomic" shaped grips as soon as they appeared.

I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and the additional palm support really eases the problem.

I have the solid rubber type and the sleeved ferrule type on my various bikes.

The ferrule type are very easy to remove and refit, but the solid rubber are slightly more comfortable.
