Hall sensor signal abnormality...Need help :)

Hi

I have bought this conversion kit https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002026936921.html?spm=a2g0o.store_pc_groupList.8148356.1.6c1a80bfUV2NZ9.

My motor is 1500W 48V
Control box : KT48ZWSRL-CP06 ( Max current 35 +-2A, Rated Voltage 48VDC, Rated current 17A, Speed set 1-4.2V)
I have a KT-LCD3.

I tried to drive on it after i had assembled it but short after i have got an " 03 info " error code that means hall sensor signal abnormality.. What should i do?

I have tested for loose connections many times now..

I have heard about programming using the LCD - is there any chance that i could solve the problem if i tried to change some of those settings?

If it worked after you installed it, it's not likely that any settings need to be changed. Most likely you haven't pushed in the 9-pin motor connector far enough. It has to be in all the way to the line, not just in tight.

Also check the hall sensor connector block at the controller, gently tug each wire to ensure they are firmly clicked in place.
