(Halfords) Coyote Connect - Removing Speed Limit

Does anyone know if it is possible to remove the speed restriction on a Coyote Connect?

I Was hoping someone has successfully done this before I open up the controller housing.

Highly unlikely you will be able to do this, but post some clear photos of the controller and wiring inc all the connectors, and someone will be able to tell you (no you can't).

Opening it up will do nothing, there are no potentiometers inside. If the speed can not be increased by the handlebar display then the controller will be restricted by programming or motor rpm. Only chance is if there is anything in the controller wiring, clear pics of all wiring would be useful.

The connect is a 24v bike so I'd highly doubt it'll be able to go any faster. If you can find a 36v battery and controller that will fit you would get a significant boost from that
