Hi everyone my name is Chris, I've got a HardNine with a Bosch unit, problem is the on button won't switch the display on, I'm having to use the battery Button hold that then press the mode( power percentage button) to wake up the display, it switches off ok but will not switch on via the display at all, please help..

How long have you had the bike? How long has it been doing that? Other than that, it works ok?

First thing to do is remove your display from its holder. Use a clean cloth with a purpose contact cleaner (if necessary) and clean the contacts on the unit and holder. If this does not cure your problem, a new unit may be in order. Hoope this helps.

Hi LeighPing I've had the bike just over two years, it's been doing it about 5 months, its switches off perfect, just won't switch on via the on button at the moment, once it's on everything works perfect, it's just that one thing..How long have you had the bike? How long has it been doing that? Other than that, it works ok?
