Haibike Battery Test

I have hard seven haibike with 400wh battery. What voltage should battery give fully charged? (at terminals) Seems slightly down on power but not range???

36v should be 4.15v - 42v for a balanced battery, though you might not get a correct voltage reading unless battery is in communication with controller/display.

Zlatan I am no techi but there are threads warning about putting multi meters near the terminals of a Yamaha battery causing real problems.

Seemed fine yesterday, might be me getting used to electric bike...???
