Great Customer Service From Woosh

I cannot commend Woosh highly enough for their friendly and efficient service.

I placed an order for some parts and was informed in advance that they would arrive today within a 90 minute delivery window, that is exactly what happened.

Not only that but they were well packaged and exactly as requested.

Now now, Artstu.

John's parts are always very decent (perhaps I'd better rephrase that?).

The ones we sent him were for a refurb on one of our bikes BTW.
Customer didn't want to come down to Southend and I don't blame him - Milton Keynes has a lot less traffic and John's excellent fitting service was on his doorstep.

@dmsims:

On the other thread I tried to intervene a couple of times, in a friendly and helpful fashion, in order to alleviate the tension you are experiencing. I sympathise with your frustration, I really do - delivery companies can be a real headache.

You didn't reply to my suggestions, as is your right, but I'm not sure this badgering of another forum member - who appears to have been spent a great deal of time responding to your complaint - is helping at all. I am sure you will agree that Woosh's new policy of telephoning the delivery depot in the morning, and providing depot contact numbers to the customer, is an excellent improvement.

In the meantime, may I politely request you resolve your disagreement, amicably, off the board?

It had to be John, because you also play an very important part on here.
Do I need to remind you once again?

Responding as in not retracting defamatory posts, lying, insulting and willfully ignoring the issues ?
Stop blathering on about defamation, it just makes you appear stupid as well as unreasonable.

Your dispute with woosh is pathetically trivial and you've aired it on here at length.

Do us all a favour - drop it, try to grow up a bit and move on.

I'm not having a go at you here, but apart from your grievance with the missed pick ups did you get the gears issue fixed?

You'd been posting about that for a while and that seems to be your real gripe, with all the bad feeling about these other issues coming out of this unresolved problem. So have you got that sorted?

he's got the Big Bear LS and sent back the Santana CD a couple of weeks ago. The issue that dmsims is talking about, if I understand correctly, is that Woosh are liable for the performance of their contractors. Explaining what happened does not replace an apology. I thought PF have apologized to him but I may be wrong. The issue of defamation is about Hatti assuming wrongly that he was the rider, not the designated person on the cycle to work contract, who in fact is dmsims' wife although her last name is not Sims. Of course, Hatti has accepted dmsims' explanantion when it was posted on the other thread. Again, acknowledging and accepting his explanantion does not equate to an apology.

Hatti you obviously time to post here

why haven't you retracted your defamatory post and apologised ?
As Halfer posted, please pursue this privately if you have to. You have posted in this forum your dissatisfaction with the company concerned but have attracted diminishing sympathy due to the trivial nature of the complaints and the excellent service you received in having two e-bikes at home to choose from.

Now that your complaint has been publicly registered in here, this forum is not an appropriate place to conduct a protracted argument across other threads and I doubt the company you complain of will see it as appropriate to do so.

By continuing to post in this manner you are making yourself appear increasingly foolish and if you continue ad nauseum, the probable result will be that this site's administration will eventually be forced to review your membership.

I disagree that any publicity is good publicity for companies. Sometimes I am sure some things go unsaid on forums by people simply to avoid the inevitable and numerous opinions by allsorts on the topic. Ther is negative press after all.
