I did a rough assessment of the cost per mile for the new Kalkhoff 18Ah battery compared to the Panasonic 10Ah. The assumptions are that the 18Ah one has double the number of charge cycles (yet to be proven in real). Also assumes the miles per charge cycle remain the same over it's life, which is unrealistic of course.
