Mudguards!!! grrrr and how to ruin a bike. Will no one learn you still get wet, muddy and it takes so much longer to clean bike along with damage mudguards can cause to frame.

Honestly, i give up :(

Next time that it rains, I'll make a video with the cam zip tied to the mudguard again. Then we'll see how much water goes up my back. :D

I didn't realise they had so many Steve. They even do fatbikes.

The front and back guards I use were also expensive @ almost 50 quid for the pair. Ebay mudhuggers weren't that much cheaper either. They're strong and it does seem that they will last a very long time. It's still, a lot of money for a bit of plastic though. You could always put it on the price of the bike, if and when you sell it Steve.

I made a splashguard, for my dog scooter, out of old plastic milk bottles one time. Ghetto and as cheap as it gets. It did the job. But for e-mtb you might have to shell out a bit. The pair I had before cost £12 and snapped off after a month.

Looking at Mtbr and other sites then the performance looks bit lack lustre and no better then other cheaper or equivalent alternatives.
On proper off road winter riding riders are still being splattered in crud.
