Problems with the bike,
1 No seat stay. Why forgo the strength of a triangle and make do with a lozenge. The joints in the frame would have to be extra strong and heavy.
2 Apparently the saddle height is fixed.
Pluses
1 I bet the saddle is comfortable, but only as long as you do not do much pedalling.

Well, I like the looks of it.
But their film does not show the bike climbing steep hills.
Nor does it show prolonged pedalling.
Years ago I had a NSU quickly fitted with a dual seat and my experience was that pedalling any distance with a dual seat is painful.
