Good choice for a first meter?

So I have my first kit and its doing what I hoped it would. But I am unsure the battery is giving me the volts I should expect, plus it may be needed for diagnosis if anything starts playing up - plus I have a challenge to find out why my daughters Vaio suddenly has no power

So what would be a good first electronic meter to buy - obviously don't want to spend a fortune

Any budget one will be good from 4 or 5 quid to the one posted above, even at a bit over a tenner it's not expensive.
Ideally one with the buzz feature for continuity testing is a must not all have this in the cheaper ones.
