Giant Prime Hybrid help needed

Good news with the Giant Hybrid the Charity have now agreed to sell me the charger and battery.

But I have to write up a disclaimer so they have no liability going forward .

Anyone with any template I could see would be very help full if not I will ask my daughter to help as she has a law degree in business law .
