Worse still is that he is inaccurate about the current law in Georgia, with a deliberate intention to mislead by this helmet wearing advocate promoting his agenda.

Oh no, another highly contentious helmet thread! Nobody ever changes their minds, till they're cracked and scrambled on a road or vehicle somewhere. If slightly cracked, maybe?

Or like me and 99.9% of the world's cyclists, never hitting their head during a lifetime of cycling.

Simply by the expedient of cycling at a sensible speeds best suited to cycling, centred around 10mph for most.

There will always be one or two maybe unfortunate ones when cycling but if hit at speed or from behind a flimsy tin lid/helmet I suspect will not save anyone from harm.
