Chain tensionner bolts on to your derailleur hanger, also works with nexus 8 inter.

Sprockets are quite cheap I will buy a selection between 16-22 and experiment till I find the right one.

Is the tensioner in the link the right one for a hub gear?

My retro-fitted Shimano one fits over the hub's axle and is secured by the dome nut.

It also has only one cog, which is all you need.

In the pic, the chain runs over the cog, but it also works running under it.

Don't quote me on this but.........
I think the one in the link works with both single and multiple front chain rings.
I'm going web blind, I'm sure I've seen it written down somewhere but I've looked at to many pages in to short a time and now my brain doesn't engage probably

A question about the disc rotor to fit, it is the 6 hole version that i can bolt on?
According to this it`s maybe not??

I got the spline fit version. Didn't ask what fit when I got it just confirmed disk version.
A complete new 160mmdisk and locking ring cost me £10 from LBS.
Just like your link. Easy Peasy fit.
So my new wheel looks posh.
Full report when I have finished and covered a few miles more

Alfine is Shimano speak for "hub gear"

Two different versions. The one I linked goes on the derailleur hanger.
