Its always going to be a problem with kits not looking quite as polished as made to measure bikes.
If the bike is to be built with electric you can design it around that frame from scratch.

One possibility I've suggested before is to cheaply buy an old e-bike with an in-frame battery position and build on that, making a whole new bike with the kit battery integral. It could look very neat and professional.
