According to their website, they are opened only tuedays and thursdays. Email is probably the best way to reach them.
I thought I remembered Zev saying 40 Newton Meters for the torque, but I'm not sure. That's about 30 pounds foot. I'm going to have to make sure I bring with me a wrench long enough to undo those nuts incase I get a flat tire. It would really suck if I can't take the wheel off to fix a flat.

I had my new ebike up and running over the weekend and took it out for a few test rides. I'm glad to report everything went smoothly and the forks are holding up well. With my 408 motor, 20A controller and 42V, my bike could reach 32km on flat road without pedaling.
I did the testing with some super old sub c NiCd that I had left over from my RC days. They don't have much capacity left in them, but were good enough for my test runs. I have a bunch of 3800 mah NiMh sub C on order and will be making a 48V pack soon.

Sounds good jha07, almost touching eZee Torq at 20 mph, and the 48 volts should take it beyond that bike's top to about 23 mph / 36 kph.

I hope the forks prove ok, they probably will, most bike stuff taking far more punishment than designed for.
