Sorry, I am a bit confused with all the washer names, I think I got it right but can you please check the photos?

Vfr400, what did you mean by dropouts will pop? The dropout width is a standard 100mm, but with all of the washers, the wheel is a very tight fit and I have to force it down and stretch the forks a bit.

That's it, or you can file/grind down a standard 12mm washer to fit in the dimple, or you can file the drop-out deeper to re-centralise the axle - anything as long as the nut or a washer doesn't tighten against the lip.
