im looking for advice for our electric bike. It's A sunlova sport black bike bought about 5 years ago. I think the rack battrey has given up the ghost as it's not been charged for the last 2 years. The charger light just stays at green after hours of charging. Any advice and if anyone knows where I can get a replacement battery . It's black and measures 33.5 by 7 by 15 cm and has a 3 pin socket ss180 10 amp and 250 volts at the back for connecting to the bike and at the front at the side of the handle a smaller pin type hole for connecting the charger

Hello Lindsay

Post up a couple of pictures of the battery you have. If your bike has the Bafang SWX01 front hub motor, there may be a generic or alternative battery solution that'd do the trick.

Your other option is to have the battery re-celled. Jimmy at BGA seems to have a good reputation on here:

Sunlova made a whole range of bikes with different batteries. We need to know which bike you have. There's lots of options for replacing the battery, whichever type you have.
