no, I don't have the right part for you. I can still post links to where you can get it on ebay or amazon.
Before you buy a replacement throttle though, check that the throttle is not jammed. Make sure that the throttle's lever does not touch anything and it moves smoothly with no notchiness. Post some close up pictures here for checking.
Follow the cable from the throttle to the connector, show us a picture of that too.

The problem to me judging from your photos of the magnet is simple. Turn the bike upside down like has been suggested and give the magnets, ring and sensor a jolly good clean. Free, no cost, and simple to do as a first step.
