Hi, The good lady is looking to get a new bike and rather fancies a Freego Hawk with the 16ah battery.

Would appreciate your thoughts or advice if you have one or know about them.

Regards,

Peter.

Hi Peter, it’s a good bike.

The best advice always is to get her to try several bikes before making a final decision. It’s worth the effort.

All the best David

Hi Peter the Freego are a good solid bike and very reliable. I've had one for over 6 years and it has been faultless. The only criticism I would have is that the design etc seems to be a little stuck in the past. I suppose some would say that if it works why change it. But as David says best to have a good look around and try several before buying. Worth having a look at Woosh Juicy Wisper Oxygen to name but a few

I’ve got two Freego folders with 16a/h batteries giving me 50miles + and they are totally reliable. Freego give a two year warranty from new and supply a Facebook Members site with 1200+ very active members who swap advice, post their rides and support each other.
I’ve ridden about 1600 miles on the folders without problems.
When parts are needed, next day delivery is the norm. Highly recommended.
