Freego frame size

Hi,
got my eye on a freego eagle step through for my wife but am not able to see any frame sizes. She is only 5' tall so would this be suitable? Any help appreciated

Hello.

My Eagle is the mountain bike crossbar version, and I'm a bit of a shortie at 5'9". I have the saddle almost at maximum height, so it would easily accomodate a much lower level if required. Best to have a sit on one just to be sure. My inside leg measurement for trouser fitment is 31", if that helps.

Hi Gray, I've got the Freego Hawk Step through. I'm 5ft 5in tall with a 29" inside leg measurement. The saddle is just right for me at it's lowest setting (correctly set up). I don't know if there is much difference between the Hawk and the Eagle, but I think that anyone shorter than myself would find the frame too big. I was quite surprised at how big the frame was.

thanks for your reply. We did try one, and as you say it turned out to be too big, so we ended up with a Juicy Bike folder which is a perfect size. We also tried a Juicy Bike step through, but that was too big. There does seem to be a shortage of small framed bikes for shorter people, but maybe it is not viable to carry too many sizes
