Just been reading about FreeFlow E - bike in the Sunday Times.
Interesting.
32v motor. 250w 145-90Nm torque . Motor / transmission 2.5kg, battery 300wh 1.5kg.

Without see more than the picture it reminds me of the gng motor Brighton ebikes spotted (never went anywhere afaik)

You could be right, they have put the motor in the frame and added their own gearbox. Or they were very inspired by it.

This (GNG motor) would be ideal on the trike - I only need the motor for climbing and getting from 0 to 25 km/h. Low weight, no cadence issues so no back EMF, cheaper battery (10P7S 40 Ah battery with 70 X 20700 cells!)...
