Free wheel problem

Hi all
Went out for a ride today and after about 4 miles I lost pedal power. The rear Hub motor was working fine and I was able to change gear but there was no connection with the pedals when pedalling forward. almost like free wheeling. I was able to get home using the throttle and turning the pedals but wondered if anybody has any suggestions as to the problem?
I ride a Woosh Rio bike which for the past 4 months from new has been working fine.

Do you know how I would go about solving this?

Usually grease making the pawls/springs stick.
A few ways of trying, a recent issue with a Pendleton ebike on here was solved by trickling a few drops of oil in to the freewheel workings.

as Nealh has explained, your freewheel slips. It needs to be replaced. Please email support@wooshbikes.co.uk, we'll help you to sort it.
