Frame size

This was mentioned in my for sale post but maybe a lot of people don’t look in that section, so.. is my frame a wrongly labelled 19.5”? Or am I measuring it wrong?

Pretty sure that measurement should be from top of top tube to centre of Bottom bracket ie totally vertical , not an an angle like the picture which gives a bigger number and depends on angle

Looking on line it seems this is the correct way to measure..
