Thanks for the explanation, I obviously need to remember my school physics lessons from too many years ago!

Will the prospective buyer think that one charge will achieve this distance and then be disappointed?

Your right, that could all too easily happen, and the seller has obviously presented it in a favourably way, but of course breaking no rules.

The irony is that many could get much more than 22 miles from that bike on one charge, over 30 being perfectly possible with a reasonably fit rider in moderate territory.

It always amuses me the number of e-bikes like that which have "only been used once", "hardly used", or similar.

Yes, I often wonder about that too. I also wonder how the seller expects anyone to bid over £750 when only a very brief description is given, the details incorrectly state the bike has full suspension and no gears, no delivery/collection details are shown and one tiny photo is provided that gives no clue as to the age or condition.

I think the sellers feedback score gives a clue.;)

Anyone who buys such a high-value item based on an auction description that clearly took two minutes to knock up is asking for trouble!
