It has always puzzled me why legal documents never include punctuation so that mere mortals like what I am do not understand and so we have to employ lawyers to interpret what would be perfectly clear if a comma had been put in the correct position or if the first party and the third party wished they had just gone and had a party round at the home of the second party ... I thinkGreat minds and all that!
